Kinnetly / About

About Kinnetly.

Kinnetly is a visual personal relationship manager that maps who you know, who introduced you and when to reach out next, for founders, consultants, salespeople and other professionals whose work runs on warm introductions.

Services

What Kinnetly does

A visual map of your relationships

People, companies, events and groups are nodes, and the lines between them are real relationships. Tap anyone and the map redraws around them, so you see who they know, where they work and how you are connected at a glance.

Introduction tracking and connection paths

Record who introduced you to whom, with the date. Kinnetly then shows the shortest chain of relationships between any two people on your map, through introductions, companies, events and groups, so you know exactly who to ask for a warm introduction.

Keep-in-touch cadences and reminders

Set how often you want to contact each person, from monthly to yearly, and add one-off reminders and birthdays. Kinnetly counts from your last touchpoint and tells you who is due, in the app and by email, before a relationship goes quiet.

Fast capture: card scan, QR swap and import

Scan a business card and AI fills in the name and the other contact details. Swap details in person with your Kinnetly QR code, or import your existing contacts from CSV or vCard with duplicates detected.

AI dictation, recordings and meeting briefings

Speak a quick note after a coffee and Kinnetly transcribes it into an activity. Upload a meeting recording for a transcript and summary, and get a one-click briefing before your next meeting built only from what you saved.

Search, tags, backup and export

Find anyone by name, tag or something they said in a note. Your data stays yours: one-click JSON backup and restore, and export to CSV or vCard any time.

Differentiators

What makes Kinnetly different

A map of real relationships, not a list

Mesh, Dex, folk, Table and Covve present your contacts as lists, tables or sales pipelines rather than a relationship graph. Kinnetly draws your network as a graph where every introduction is a dated link, and it finds the shortest chain of relationships between any two people on your map.

A free plan with no card, and month-to-month paid plans

Kinnetly has a Free plan that needs no credit card, and paid plans start at US$9.95 a month, billed monthly with no lock-in. folk has no free plan and starts at US$30 per member a month (US$24 billed annually), and Dex's plans start at US$20 a month after a 7-day trial that requires a card.

Your inbox stays closed

Mesh, Dex, folk and Table connect to your email and calendar to fill in contacts automatically. Kinnetly never reads your email or calendar: you decide what gets recorded, your map is private to your account, and you can export or delete it at any time. How Kinnetly keeps your data private →

Meeting transcription and AI dictation in every plan

Every Kinnetly plan includes AI transcription for dictated notes and uploaded meeting recordings, from 0.5 hrs a month on Free to 10 hrs on Pro, plus pre-meeting briefings. Mesh and folk do not list meeting recording on their websites, and Dex offers notetaker integrations only on its Enterprise plan.

On Android, iPhone and desktop from day one

Kinnetly is a web app: it runs in any modern browser on desktop, mobile and tablet, and it can be added to the home screen of iPhone and Android devices like any other Progressive Web App. Changes sync live across devices. Intriq is an iPhone and web app with Android on its roadmap, and Monica's native apps are planned for after its version 3.

Competitor details checked on 6 October 2026 on each company's own website. Prices are in US dollars unless marked.

Team

The team behind Kinnetly

Eyal Ron, Founder

Eyal is a technology leader and problem-solver with more than 25 years of experience across a wide range of industries. He enjoys understanding how people and businesses really work, simplifying complicated problems and turning ideas into practical solutions, and he is very much a roll-up-the-sleeves builder.

How Kinnetly started

Eyal had the idea for Kinnetly more than five years ago but lacked the time and budget to build it. In June 2026, with the help of AI, he finally started building the visual relationship tool he had been planning for so long.
