Kinnetly / Personal CRM

A personal CRM for the people you know.

Kinnetly is a private personal CRM for individuals. You record the people you know, how you met them, who introduced you and the context you choose to save from conversations, and Kinnetly reminds you when to get back in touch. Think of it as a personal relationship CRM: built for your own network, not a sales team.

What is a personal CRM?

A personal CRM is a private place to keep the people you know and the context around them: how you met, what you talked about, who introduced you and when to follow up. A sales CRM tracks deals for a company. A personal CRM, sometimes called a personal relationship manager, tracks relationships for one person, and it stays yours wherever you work.

How it works

How Kinnetly works as a personal CRM

A map of your relationships, not a list

Kinnetly is a relationship map for the people, companies, events and groups that shape your network, and the lines between them are real relationships. Focus on anyone to see their connections on your map, zoom out to the whole network, or see everyone grouped by tag. Relationship mapping →

Who introduced whom, with dates

Record who introduced you to each person and when. A contact can have more than one parent, such as an introducer and a company, and Kinnetly shows the shortest chain of relationships between any two people already on your map. Introduction tracking →

Context on every person

Keep notes with headings, lists and @-mentions, add tags, mark each relationship Know, Like or Trust, and log every coffee, call or meeting. Last contacted updates from the activities you log.

Follow-ups on each person's rhythm

Set a keep-in-touch cadence from monthly to yearly, add one-off reminders and birthdays, and see who has gone quiet in the dormant view. If you turn on email reminders, Kinnetly can email you when someone becomes due or send a weekly digest.

Capture without retyping

Scan a business card and AI pre-fills the name and contact details for you to check, swap details in person with your Kinnetly QR code, or import contacts from CSV or vCard without bringing in people already on your map.

AI only when you ask for it

Speak a quick note and Kinnetly transcribes it, upload a meeting recording for a transcript and summary, or get a briefing before a meeting built only from what you saved. Nothing is logged or sent on your behalf. Private personal CRM →

Personal CRM or the tools you already use?

Most people keep relationships in several places at once. Here is where a personal CRM fits.

Personal CRM vs a sales CRM

A sales CRM tracks deals, pipelines and accounts for a team, and your employer owns it. A personal CRM keeps your own relationships and their context, and it moves with you when you change jobs.

Personal CRM vs your phone's contacts

Your phone stores names and numbers. A personal CRM also records how people are connected, where you met, what you talked about and when to follow up.

Personal CRM vs a spreadsheet

A spreadsheet holds rows, but the links between people and the history behind them get lost. Kinnetly keeps those links on a map and reminds you when someone is due.

Personal CRM vs a notes app

Notes apps scatter context across pages that are not tied to anyone. In Kinnetly every note, activity and reminder belongs to a person, so the context is there when you need it.

Boundaries

What Kinnetly is not

Kinnetly does a few things deliberately, and leaves some out on purpose.

Not a sales CRM

There are no deals, pipelines, lead scores or team workspaces. Kinnetly is for one person's relationships.

It does not read your inbox

Kinnetly never reads your email or calendar and does not import your LinkedIn network. You decide what gets recorded.

Not a social network

There are no public profiles, feeds or shared connections. Your map is visible only to you.

AI does not decide for you

Kinnetly does not send messages on your behalf, score your relationships or choose whom you should contact.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a personal CRM?

A personal CRM is a private tool for keeping track of the people you know: how you met, who introduced you, what you talked about and when to follow up. Unlike a sales CRM, it is built for one person's relationships rather than a team's deals.

Who is a personal CRM for?

Anyone whose work or life runs on relationships: founders, consultants and freelancers, salespeople, job seekers, investors and active networkers. If you have ever thought "I know someone who could help, but I cannot remember who", it is for you.

Is Kinnetly a personal CRM or a sales CRM?

Kinnetly is a personal relationship CRM. It has no deals, pipelines or team accounts, and your map is private to you.

Does Kinnetly connect to my email or LinkedIn?

No. Kinnetly does not read your email or calendar or import your LinkedIn network. You add people yourself, scan business cards, or import CSV and vCard files.

Can I bring my existing contacts?

Yes. Import a CSV or vCard export from Google Contacts, Apple Contacts, Outlook and most other tools. Kinnetly skips anyone whose email address or phone number is already on your map, and its duplicate finder groups people who share a name so you can merge them.

Is there a free personal CRM plan?

Yes. Kinnetly has a Free plan that needs no credit card. See the pricing page for current plan limits and inclusions.
